Mii amo is a private, destination spa located on the grounds of Enchantment Resort, offering 14 guest rooms and 2 suites for guests following 3, 4, and 7 night programs called Journeys. Journeys are inclusive of accommodations, three daily meals at Mii amo Café, two spa treatments each day, consultations, fitness classes, lectures, and use of spa facilities. Treatments include massage, body wraps & scrubs, healing, facials and spiritual sessions. Activities and fitness classes include aqua aerobics, yoga and pilates, mountain biking, hiking, cooking classes and lectures.
